Daily practice

 

For optimal results, its recommended to make breathwork a regular part of your daily routine. 

Set aside dedicated time each day to practice breathwork, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Consider incorporating it into your morning or bedtime routine or whenever you feel the need for a reset. 

As you become more comfortable, gradually increase the duration of your practice.

Find a time that works best for you and commit to it. 

Try it during moments of stress or overwhelm to bring yourself back to a state of calm and clarity.
